These Terms govern use of the Elite Moving Company website, forms, quote-review requests, follow-up messages, and related moving-request matching features.

Marketing and lead-site role

Elite Moving Company is a marketing and moving-request lead site, not a licensed household-goods carrier unless separately licensed. Requests may be routed, rented, sold, or otherwise shared with Spokane-area moving providers that can respond. Consumers should verify licensing, written estimates, insurance, and carrier identity before hiring.

Elite Moving Company may operate as a marketing website, pay-per-call source, rented local website, or lead-generation property. Submitting a request does not create a mover-customer contract with Elite Moving Company.

No guaranteed mover booking

A form submission or quote-review slot is only a request for follow-up. Your move is not confirmed until a moving provider accepts the job, gives required paperwork, and you agree to that provider’s estimate, terms, schedule, and policies.

Consumer responsibility

You are responsible for verifying any provider before hiring. Ask whether the company is the actual carrier, whether it has required authority, what is included in the written estimate, what can change the price, and how claims, deposits, cancellations, and delays are handled.

Accuracy of submitted information

You agree to provide accurate contact and move details. Incomplete or inaccurate details can affect provider availability, pricing, timing, or whether a provider can respond.

Communications consent

By submitting a request, you agree to be contacted about that request by email, phone, or text message. SMS reminders are optional when SMS consent is collected. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing emails.

No professional advice or warranty

The checklist, pages, and follow-up content are general planning resources, not legal, insurance, transportation, or professional advice. The site is provided as is, without a guarantee of provider availability, price, outcome, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elite Moving Company is not responsible for a third-party provider’s acts, omissions, quotes, charges, property handling, delays, damages, cancellations, communications, or service quality.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the site, lead-routing model, provider relationships, or compliance requirements change. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
